Louise has been working in the nonprofit sector for more than 15 years. Louise joined The Smith Family in 2018 and prior to her current role was the National Manager of Events and Community Fundraising and the Manager, Appeals and Acquisitions. Louise was the Fundraising Manager at Caritas Australia for a year and the Event Marketing Manager – Community Events at Cancer Council NSW for more than 7 years. Before joining the sector, Louise was a product manager at Pacific Brands, home of numerous iconic Australian brands.
