The session will provide a number of case studies from organisations performing at a high level of single giver donor retention from The Benchmarking Project.

Fi McPhee will use Benchmarking data as the basis for conversations with leaders from high performing charities. The focus will be on how these organisations have achieved best in class donor retention in an environment where it is increasingly challenging to retain single giving donors.

The session will be both data driven, and discuss the practical fundraising techniques that organisations have used to achieve their results.
