Karl joined Australian Red Cross in 2019 as the digital acquisition manager, and was appointed as the Head of Fundraising Products in December 2023.
Over the past five years Karl and his team have navigated fires, floods, a global pandemic and a cost of living crisis to fund into humanitarian programs in Australia, Ukraine, Afghanistan and Turkey/Syria.
Karl is passionate about donor experience, and was FIA NSW winner and national finalist for best supporter experience in 2023.
