She has worked across numerous state based and national non-profits and is currently the Executive General Manager, Fundraising & Philanthropy at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section). She leads a high-performing team of fundraisers raising over $32 million per year, delivering on a robust long-term strategy to support the organisation to deliver impact through its mission. Katherine is a true generalist fundraiser, committed to best practice and continual improvement. She has a passion for getting the most out of talented, dedicated teams while challenging the status quo and driving strategic improvement.
