Svitlana, a passionate fundraiser from Ukraine, shifted from a 12-year Deloitte tenure in risk management to philanthropy to serve at the biggest Ukrainian charity helping children affected by cancer. Her strategic leadership resulted in a threefold increase in the foundation’s annual income over the course of 3 years. Her approach to fundraising focuses on unlocking community potential and bridging needs with resources, emphasizing a human-centric strategy.
